What is an angel?
Some people say, "That's just Greek mythology! There are no angels at all!"
Some people will say, "Angels are created by God to help God create heaven and earth. They are the conveyors of God's will. Angels are everywhere. Angels give everyone indiscriminate love!"
I said, "Angels are not that great, and not everyone will meet an angel. Angels are selfish, and they will only give infinite love to the people they love. Angels are selfless, and they will sacrifice everything for the people they love, even cutting their flesh and bones."
When I was sixteen I met my angel without even realizing it. When my angel was bruised and dying for me, I discovered that the most painful thing in the world is not to watch the person who loves you most die, but to have the soul of the person who loves you most suffer a thousand cuts for you after death, and you don't even know it!
