Everything Qingyu knows about the Heian era comes from one book - "The Tale of Genji"
She didn't read much, but she only knew that the book mostly told anecdotes about men and women in Heian Kyo in its heyday. The male protagonist, Guang Genji, was a passionate and handsome man who was not obscene, and more attention was paid to the various female characters in it.
She liked the female characters in it and felt that all of them were cute, but she did not expect that one day she would come to the Heian Kyo era of the Sakura Kingdom and become the daughter of a minister of state. She had no name because she was not favored. She was called "Nawa Wuji" because there was a sycamore tree in the garden.
Teiwuji was the best child in the eyes of the servants. She was beautiful, elegant and talented. Unfortunately, her father was exiled and her mother died young. There were no suitable elders to take care of her, which delayed her marriage. For the future happiness of her beloved child, her mother-in-law, who taught her, took the initiative to introduce several suitable candidates to her. When she was planning to establish a relationship with one of them, Master Genji took the initiative to find her and took her to Nijōin.
From then on, a woman who had never been mentioned in the original novel came into front of everyone's eyes.
