"Last Friend" is one of my favorite Japanese dramas. It explains too much about love, ethics, and the twisted struggles in the heart.
It made me remember the kind and pure Meizhiliu, the infatuated and reserved Ruke, the pure and gentle Xiaowu, and the persistent pursuit of Zongyou. Too much touching, too much shock. Only when you savor it carefully can you discover the brilliance of love and friendship hidden in it.
This short text is too clumsy compared to this work, but it can be regarded as my tribute to it. I chose to write a short play for one of the characters before this story happened, when Ruko and Michiru were in high school. At that time, they were still young and had no idea what kind of thrilling and strange twists and turns they would have in the future.
