The Defenders and the Lurkers are two incompatible organizations that have been at war all year round. The Defenders serve the United Nations, while the Lurkers are called a corps that serves the "Third World." Not long after, Blitz, who had been dormant for seven years, suddenly appeared and plunged the whole world into dire straits. Defenders and lurkers work together to fight the blitz.
