Since six years ago, when people talk about the "Wayne tragedy," they no longer refer to the murder of Thomas and Martha, leaving eight-year-old Bruce alone in the world.
The protagonist of "The Wayne Tragedy" is a fifteen-year-old boy, Jason, Bruce's first son.
The first one. Not the eldest, but the first son.
A summer camp in Ethiopia turns into a kidnapping. Green hair. Purple suit. When these two words are put together, everyone in Gotham knows what they mean.
A local witness who had seen Superman flying through the air holding the injured person turned pale and told the reporter into the microphone, "He looks like all his bones have been shattered. I don't know. I don't think he can survive."
Jason survived.
But what he is about to face is the pain in the hospital bed that is worse than death, the health that no amount of physical therapy can bring, as well as countless psychological consultations and the sharp laughter that will linger around his ears forever. It was a painful life that even with the luxury brought by the Wayne family's money and the protection and love of his father and family, he could not change it.
As everyone who heard the news expected, Jason did not graduate from Gotham High School.

Even six years later, the thick smoke rising from the desert ruins still lingers on the side of my nose, and my lungs can feel faintly burning.
From time to time, the cigarette would drag Jason back to that nightmare day without warning. Most of the time, he could take out the asthma medicine from his pocket in time, but there were a few times when he wasn't fast enough. Every time, he thought it was finally over...
But he woke up every time. Bruce was at the bedside every time. Bat's hands, which had never shaken in countless major crises, were trembling with fear, as if he was afraid that his son would be scattered in the wind if he let go.
Jason knew his family loved him, but sometimes that airtight protection only magnified the smoke's presence. Perhaps the relationship with Deathstroke also began with his selfish rebellion and escape, because only Slade never treated him like broken porcelain.
He couldn't imagine the reaction of the Bat family, who wanted him to stay at home and go to college, to find out that their key protected target secretly sought out Deathstroke for training.
Of course, when has the world ever gone the way Jason expected?
He could clearly feel the moment of his second death.

Reading guide:
1. This is an AU where a death in the family plot takes place, except that Jason is seriously injured instead of dead and has to give up his cape and return to ordinary life.
2. There is a knife in the plot, but pain and itching are the only way to heal the wound, and it will eventually heal.
3. All characters will be seriously OOC, very serious. This article will be absolutely Jason-centered, and the preference will be obvious. If you don't mind, please don't enter.
4. CP bell bucket, others include Tim/Bernard
5. There will be some English expressions in the text, and the translations are in the text.
