The story of an elite doctor who has been out as gay for many years and a young male nurse. It gets into the theme quickly and is a bit of a tear in the middle and latter parts (personally I think it is a bit of a tear).
Short stories, high sugar, HE, daily updates, the whole drama has been completed, and the extra episodes are still giving me a headache.
