One of the weird stories of Academy City (authenticated by Saten Ruiko): the humanoid Death God.
A collection of mysterious energy that is active outside Academy City. It is often active at major murder scenes in the name of "detective", assisting police officers to find out the truth, and seems to play the role of "Guardian Saint of the World" with a high secondary index.
Because of an outrageous prophecy, Sera Masumi was kicked out of Academy City by a certain white-haired lolita control chairman, and was ordered to secretly protect a certain Shinigami.
