Seven years after Wen Yu's death, Mou Yuncheng received a package in Wen Yu's name.
It contains a lot of bits and pieces.
After receiving those things, Mou Yuncheng began to dream every night.
At the end of each dream, he was in an old courtyard covered with moss. Wen Yu stood in the courtyard, frowning, blaming him for being so late.
The place called Zhang Zhang Academy was not a good place. It was damp and cold, and the ground was covered with dark green moss. But he always remembered that place, and remembered that there had been a wild horse there.
The wild horse is proud, proud and unbridled.
Wen Yu did many deviant things in his life: beating the principal of the academy until he was seriously injured; dragging Mou Yuncheng to dance in the solitary room; publicly coming out as gay at his father's funeral; and severing relations with his biological brother.
He has always lived as he pleased and happily.
But he would always think of the days in that academy, and the days there became the foundation for his future life.
There is no way around it and no way to escape.
So he chose to end it.
After handwriting a letter of nearly 50,000 words to his lover, he ended his life guiltily and easily.
He believed that his lover would follow those memories and eventually find him.
When the last line of the letter is read, they will finally meet again.
