Preface
Thousands of years ago, a swarm of meteorites hit the earth, carrying radiation that humans had never seen before. The horrific radiation exploded, and earth civilization entered the fifth mass extinction of life ahead of schedule.
As time goes by, humans have discovered that most of the surviving animals have had their genes changed due to radiation, thus acquiring some special abilities. However, only a small number of humans have acquired special abilities. Humans call this ability superpowers, and people who have acquired superpowers are called superpowers.
Under the leadership of superpowers, the surviving humans built seven cities, namely Chang'an City, Nuoer City, Suoxus City, Imperial City, Brown City, Beiping City, and Tianqi City.
The seven major families that manage the seven cities are the Griffin family of Noel City, the Kurlik family of Suoxus City, the Shangguan family of the Imperial City, the Mu family of Chang'an City, the Marvolo family of Brown City, the Bai family of Apocalypse City, and the Cheng family of Peiping City.
There are two ways for people with superpowers to improve their strength. One is to hunt alien beasts and absorb the energy of the abandoned beasts. However, absorbing the energy of alien beasts requires three steps to precipitate the energy, filter the energy and then absorb the energy. The second method is to kill the same kind, which only requires absorbing energy. However, this method is too cruel and is strictly prohibited by the leaders.
