Liangzheng (the protagonist) is a lonely ghost who died unexpectedly but did not "die". In order to return to the human world, he needs to find a suitable host to live in the human world for him. Later, he meets Yanyan who is suffering from depression and is self-mutilating. Liangzheng thought that Yanyan was going to commit suicide, so he passed away. Help her, but unexpectedly, the repeated help made Yanyan feel that this body no longer needed her, and voluntarily gave up the right to use the body to Liangzheng. However, Liangzheng felt that Yanyan had gradually recovered her health, and wanted her to live a good life for herself and go to the underworld on her own.
