Many people think "There is a Canteen by the Clouds" is well written, probably because they are like me. They can see their own shadow in the protagonist Liu Shisan, and they can see the shadow of their family in my grandma.
Liu Shisan is a very realistic character. Like most people, he lives a self-motivated life and thinks he is living a correct life. It wasn't until I truly experienced a major setback in life that I began to wake up and truly come to life.
