Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the rural revitalization strategy, the rural financial system has ushered in a new round of development opportunities and also faced the painful moment of reform! "Beyond the Mountain" tells the story of Jin Ruiyang, a rural financial practitioner who grew from a bank rookie to a branch president. The time span is from 2015 to 2020, and it is composed of rural financial stories that are independent but connected to each other. The first purpose of this article is to publicize financial security knowledge such as anti-email fraud and anti-illegal fund-raising; the second is to sketch the work and life of grassroots rural financial practitioners; the third is to reflect some of the contradictions in the reform process, and to think about this and discuss the significance and mission of rural finance.
