Water can carry a boat and also capsize it. A wise king can make a country prosperous and powerful, and the people can live and work in peace and contentment. A foolish king who is close to villains and distant virtuous ministers will eventually bring disaster to the country and the people.
Even if the emperor is faint and puts the people in danger, he must be eliminated. Let the wise king come because he can benefit the people and protect his people.
