I will record my thoughts and symptoms until I recover, free of charge forever.
Sometimes I may write about things that normal people can't understand, such as my feelings and hallucinations, and sometimes I will get lost, but please don't be afraid.
What I write is just my personal feeling.
As for whether the genre is a novel or something, I filled it in blindly.
I also suffer from Cotard syndrome, persecutory delusions, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (also known as bipolar disorder), anxiety disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (I'm talking about a mental illness, not what everyone thinks on the Internet).
My original intention of writing this article is actually to clear up the public's misunderstanding of mental illness. I also want other mentally ill patients to see it. To other mentally ill patients, I want to say that when you see me being so ill every day, it feels like living in a horror movie, but I am also working hard to live. I hope you don't give up, and one day I will get better.
I want to tell everyone that mental patients are not scary. We are ordinary people before we get sick. We can also communicate calmly and friendly after getting sick. Mental illness can be cured. Please don't stigmatize mental illness.
Psychopaths are just sick, and there is nothing shameful about being sick. If you suffer from mental illness, you must go to the hospital for timely treatment. The side effects of psychiatric drugs are actually not as severe as everyone thinks. If you feel that the side effects are serious, you can communicate with your doctor to adjust the medication.
It actually takes a lot of courage for me to disclose my illness, because I am a severe patient, the type that everyone is most afraid of, but I just want to do something for mentally ill patients. I want to clear up the public's misunderstandings about mental patients. I think one day mental patients can say frankly "I have mental illness."
The numbers in brackets at the beginning of Chapter 18 represent the mood index.

You can start from the latest chapter to catch up, I will update every day. (Listen to me and don't start reading from the first chapter. Statistics tell me that 99% of people won't finish it.)
