I don't know how I survived the three years of high school. Although these three years are only one-tenth of my life, they are the heaviest three years that I have ever experienced, the three years that I have been fettered by, and the most worthy of my memory and reflection. There is no need for me to avoid the many unsatisfactory experiences in high school life and hide them. What I do is to use humor to reopen those wounds.
Three years ago, I failed the high school entrance examination. My parents did not allow me to review. Instead, they allowed me to join the ranks of high school students and go to the school closest to the second middle school I applied for (a second-rate middle school in Huozhou City) - Huozhou Vocational Technical School. I optimistically thought that this was also the closest to my ideal - university.
In the past three years, my friends have transferred from vocational high schools to other schools. Some went to the No. 2 Middle school where I originally applied, and we rarely saw each other; some went to other provinces, and we have never had any contact with each other. Only Hobo and "Boss" kept me company through three years of high school.
Three years later, we are still another failure of exam-oriented education. The difference is that "Boss" went to a junior college, Huobo went to a technical school, and I chose to review. The school was the No. 2 Middle School that I passed by three years ago. It can be considered as getting what you want.
It's just that our three years of youth, which were like flowers and grass, seemed like just yesterday...
