Therefore, "Book" says: There is no partiality and no party, the king's way is wandering. This is the power of reward and punishment. Farming tenth Food is the foundation of man and nature, and agriculture is the foundation of government. A person who lives in a warehouse knows etiquette, and one who has enough food and clothing means he is honest and shameless. Therefore, I plowed the eastern suburbs and paid tribute to others. Strange and beautiful clothes, embroidered pearls and jade, are constantly in front of you, this is not to guard against desire; carved couplets and carved rafters, high platforms and deep pools, every time there is a service, this is not frugal ambition; dogs, horses, eagles and falcons, they will reach no matter the distance, this is not chastity; there are many lucky deeds, in order to work for others urgently, this is not subjugation to oneself. This is something I have done deeply, so don't take it for granted and then follow the law. But I have benefited a lot by educating the people, and my contribution to pacifying the world has been great. I have benefited more and lost little, so people will not complain; However, I am ashamed of the traces of perfect beauty; I feel ashamed of the path of perfection.
