Qing Dynasty Novel

I really like clean-up novels, so I have listed some clean-cut novels that I feel good about. Because I have a bit of a mysophobia, the recommended novels are either about double cleansing or 1VS1 after the male protagonist meets the female protagonist. I personally feel that since it is a clean-cut novel, why should a modern person have to be young? Is it possible that when the male protagonist gets old and has a lot of children with other women, he can be with the female protagonist for the rest of his life?
