When I was studying criminology, there was a theory that there must be an INVITING relationship between criminals and victims. One or more characteristics of the victim will make the criminal eventually commit illegal acts. If you think about it carefully, it is not completely unreasonable.
Supplementary note: This article is not a serious mystery novel. The details are designed and can be discussed, but there is no reasoning process to be shared with readers. In reality, there are probably very few cases that can be deduced coherently from beginning to end, and many clues start and end in the middle. Of course, a mystery novel should be an idealized world, so this one can probably only be considered a novel in which the protagonist is a detective.

Quite interesting, not bad
