Preface: After many years of practical work and listening to the professor's lectures, I thought about some of the questions raised by the professor and gained some of my own insights, especially on some major theoretical issues, and I have my own more unique insights. For example, through studying administrative management and combining it with actual work experience, I came up with some of my own ideas, and compared and thought about them through some work practices at work. I felt that "administrative management" in private family-owned enterprises plays a decisive role in the enterprise. Below I would like to put forward my own experiences and opinions for the benefit of scholars, experts and professors.
