The rain was pouring, and an eight-year-old boy climbed onto the bank from the blood-soaked river. In his arms lay a child with the same face as him.

Many years later, the boy became a young man. He left the secluded mountains and old forests and came to the developing modern city-Yokohama, where people with supernatural powers and ordinary people coexist.
