At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the country was weakened and Hong Kong Island was ceded to the British colonists. The British imposed excessive taxes and oppressed good people in Hong Kong. The Kowloon hero Qin Wanli offended the local dignitaries, and the three brothers and sisters were forced to rise up. This triggered the story of a group of heroes rebelling against the British.
