There are many kinds of ordinary short essays and the like.
As long as you can't think of it, there's nothing you can't write about.
Most of them should be on the easy side, some will have follow-ups, and some won't. I'll update them as the situation arises.
Choosing a genre does not mean there is only one, this is an essay after all.
