In the 21st century, the Kingdom of the Sun implemented a plan that is unacceptable to all mankind and discharged nuclear wastewater into the ocean. At first, only marine life was slightly affected. Then in the 22nd century, a Haitian earthquake hit the earth that spread across the world, causing the land adjacent to each sea area to begin to collapse and the coastline to gradually begin to rise. Marine civilization began to dominate the earth.
