Chen Qinghuai × Bai Tianyu
In the early days of the Republic of China, Bai Tianyu's family took a ship from Shanghai to a small fishing village near the sea in southeast Zhejiang to escape debts. They met Chen Qinghuai, the son of the Chen family. The two scholars went from being tit-for-tat to finding a close friend.
