A woman hurt by love wants to write a movie for herself. She wants to see herself who is loyal to love. The heroine of the movie, Su Xiaoge, is a female painter with a withdrawn personality and no friends. She obviously likes oil painting but she has the defect of color blindness. Yu Jiangbei worked to support her in college. However, upon graduation, they lost contact. When they met again, Yu Jiangbei was already a married man. In order to fulfill the love that had been shelved by time, she was willing to be his underground lover. When she violated her morals and conscience and waited for him to divorce her to marry her, his wife unexpectedly became pregnant. So she had no choice but to give up. She suffered from schizophrenia and was sent to the hospital by him. Escaped from the hospital a few days later and prepared to leave the city. Just half an hour before she left, she received a call that Yu Jiangbei had died. Su Xiaoge committed suicide in Yunnan a month later and was pregnant when he died.
