It feels like the ending is a bit... Sheen has done so much before, in order to kill gods, but in the end it ended up being like that. His story is undoubtedly tragic, he is unhappy, he is lonely. When I saw the ending, I didn't feel that Xian loved anyone. Although Maomao was a little special (because he cared about Maomao's life and death), he only cared about it, not love. Xian didn't love anyone. But I hope he can fall in love with someone later, no matter who.
