Project highlights:
1. Chinese version of "Reply 1988". The year 2008 AD is used as the main story background to connect major national events; the topic of "school district housing" is cleverly used to connect several groups of families with different family atmospheres but interesting and story-telling; family affection, friendship, love, neighborhood warmth and the love of the country and the national justice go hand in hand.
2. The narrative style is consistent with "Reply 1988" and "The Witty Doctor's Life". The plots are interlocking, not procrastinating or watery; there are foreshadowings everywhere, and there are echoes; there are laughter and tears; the husband continues to "guess"; there is a lot of fun in "burying the plot" and "finding the plot".
3. There are pain points, tears, and historical traces. Reminiscing about the catastrophic flood in 1998 and SARS in 2003, creating a touching moment.
