The full text is composed of five intertwined and independent stories, telling a story about the Sksa Imperial Naval Aviation Friedrich von Sontoburg and Vladimir Ivanovich Gatlov, the Imperial Naval Aviation Cao Kondo Jiuzang, and the Chu Air Force. Six people, including Flying Officer Tao Tao and a Confederate pilot, had different personal lives before the war. Due to the outbreak of all-out war, they were pulled into a series of personal experiences in the naval battle off the Tottori Islands. In the end, only the Confederate pilot survived.
