Aaron was selected as an undercover agent to investigate the death of "Smurf" and his father. But the truth crushed his justice and faith into rubbish. He thought that there was no way to hell, and that the rest of his life would be a knife-edge licking blood, but he happened to meet the person who shook him and redeemed him.
1. An Ting: "I tell you everything, but you refuse to tell me the truth."
Aaron: "What do you want to know?"
An Ting: "You are an undercover agent. You are just approaching me for the "Smurfs", right?"
"I don't want to say it."
"Do you not want to say it, or do you dare not say it?"
"I am a police officer, this is my mission, and I am willing to sacrifice everything to complete it, even my life."
2. "In addition to black and white, there is also gray in this world. Sir, what color are you?" An Ting shook the wine glass, reflecting his flushed face.
"I'm nothing, I'm just myself." Aaron took the cup from An Ting's hand.
For a moment, he wanted to throw wine on An Ting's face, but looking at the hazy tearful eyes like a frightened deer, he couldn't think of any better comfort besides hugs and silence.
"You have changed. I can't see you clearly anymore."
Aaron sipped the last sip of strong wine, and the strong burning sensation spread from the edge of his lips to the base of his tongue, and he couldn't get rid of it no matter what.
"Aaron, you choose your own destiny. No matter what the world becomes, don't lose your yearning for the light."
3. But Aaron lost An Ting in the end and breathed his last in his arms.
