This is a story between a loyal dog and a quirky girl. The story is so long that the girl turned into an old woman; the story is also so short that Xiao Hei didn't live past his third birthday. The little girl spent her whole life remembering Xiao Hei. Throughout her life, she only regretted this one thing - she failed to protect Xiao Hei when he was sold. That was also the time when she was hysterical and almost crazy. This is not a comedy, nor can it even be called a "pleasant" work. It just uses the gentlest words to describe a dream of pure water, a real dream.
