XONE happened to be born during this period.
Standing at the juncture of the times, he looked back at the gloom and wars of the past, and looked forward to the unseen boundless horizon of the future. Perhaps the worst era has passed, or perhaps the worse era has come. As a torrent of unpredictability, he is actually nothing. The most he does is to burn to death on the battlefield poignantly for this era he hates.
But his power is super useless - he can see the colors of everything.
If everyone in the Military Academy has his own merits, FIN's ability is probably the best.
XONE is a stubborn and rigid good student. He didn't know what a terrible person FIN was at first.
He only knew that Mr. F would stubbornly pester him and ask: "What color is the wind?"
He has always avoided his abilities and was unwilling to use those special eyes, preferring to live his life looking at a black and white world. He never answered. F just clings to the ground and never leaves.
X began to restrain F, using telling him what color the wind was as a bargaining chip to make him obedient. F did as he was told, and he followed X like a well-behaved younger brother, pretending to be a well-behaved child.
X thought he had tamed a wild beast.
