They are three Chinese women who immigrated to the United States. The story begins in the early 1990s when Ji Mengqing married a wealthy man who returned to her hometown for a blind date. She experienced struggle and became the boss of a Chinese company, Bandung Wholesale. Gu Nian is her relative. From working for her while studying to finally entering a non-profit organization with white people as its leadership, she is a person living in her own world. Bai Lina took over Gu Nian's job when she left Bandung, but she quickly switched to a more promising industry. She worked part-time while going to school, completed a master's degree, and obtained a CPA license. However, she has not stopped climbing to a higher level, with the ultimate goal of becoming a stock and real estate investor.
