"MAX" is a unique public relations company. They do all the things in the same industry, as well as diplomatic activities that their peers have never done - providing expensive men and beautiful women as partners for various occasions for the world's top people.
Those respectable people will contact MAX to "tailor-make" an excellent partner for them to attend dances and various decent ceremonies and earn face for them. However, the problem that often occurs is that this group of handsome men and beautiful women will resign soon after a certain "partner" job, and then become the legitimate partners of those big shots, or full-time night companions.
