At the end of the Shang Dynasty, the old Yufu King of Sanxingdui City was promoted to immortal. Nearly a hundred tribal chiefs in the Yufu Dynasty lost their allies, and the tribes were divided. Conflicts arose between royal power and divine power, economic development and trade restrictions, and the spread of learning and the restriction of written communication. Especially after participating in the conquest of Zhou, Sanxingdui Qiaan encountered no floods for a century, shrines were destroyed, artifacts were hidden, and the Yufu Kingdom was facing destruction. The heir to the throne, Yu Gong, through multi-ethnic integration, opposed the dominance of clans; promoted the culture of ancestral spirits and all creatures, opposed the culture of ghosts, gods, and witchcraft; developed the economy, opposed monopoly restrictions, consolidated the position of leader, and embarked on the road of building the Shu Kingdom again.
