When the snake language in the secret room echoed in the castle, Harry held Ron's hand and walked through the dark corridor. The light from the tip of the staff illuminated Ron's nervous profile, and also illuminated the love that was already surging in his heart.
His battlefield has never been limited to fighting against dark magic, but also to let Ron understand little by little: what he wants is not the heroic title of "Harry Potter", but just being able to protect his red-haired boy as a lover, from his youth at Hogwarts to all the years to come.
