My name is Luthor, an ordinary Cybertronian who lives in the rusty lanes of the dark and boundless Neon. I live a life of stealing and fighting wits with small policemen every day. Until one day - a Cybertronian named Hot Rod walked into my life. He tore off a corner of the gloomy daily life, allowing me to see the light of day. I wandered in the Rust Sea, where unstable planetary materials and molecular flows were sinking, and shuttled through the sonic canyons that penetrated deep into the core of Cybertron.
