However, this move did not significantly control the drastic population decline. The apocalyptic crisis emerged and human civilization suffered an unprecedented blow. Groups of unknown creatures emerge from underground, deep sea and even unknown galaxies in the universe, threatening the earth, the mother planet of mankind, all the time. In order for the remaining humans to continue to survive, the League of Nations ordered the remaining humans to be gathered together and renamed the United Survival Organization, also known as USO.
