Physician William Argyll was a British gentleman who was two parts fastidious, one part old-fashioned and one part mean. He is charming and young. He is good at surgery and spiritual healing. He is also an alchemist who is proficient in prophecy and making elixirs.
On Charles Wood's first visit, Dr. Argyle used psychics and magic to cure his unexplained mental illness.
"Debret's Almanac" shows that the Argyll family was once large and prominent, but now only Dr. Argyll remains. The reason for the thin bloodline seems to be related to the Argyle family's pursuit of immortality.
Dr. Argyll, who came to London from Edinburgh to practice medicine, was really trying to find the missing Mrs. Argyll, who was a researcher and strong supporter of elixirs.
Dr. Argyle seems to have a bad character and is unforgiving, but he is upright, kind and compassionate. However, such a duplicitous and good doctor also has a dark side.
Through a close relationship with Dr. Argyle, a dark history about the last magical family in the Victorian era slowly emerged in broad daylight...
