She was named the Lord of the Temple of the Ji Shen Mountain to protect all people in the world. Heavenly girls are born with supreme divine power and wisdom. They can compete with the heavens, kill demons and teach wronged souls, and teach mortals to invent cooking utensils and farm work. She is respectfully called Her Royal Highness the Heavenly Lady.
Bu Huan is the only daughter of the current Heavenly Lady. He was born to be destitute of love and to sit in the Temple of the Goddess until his death a hundred years later.
