The story of this series takes place in "Kozo", a virtual organization with a contemporary background: the hero Victorinox committed suicide after the Battle of Forren, and the news of his death completely broke the surface peace and stability of Kozo. The subsequent escapes of test subjects and injuries caused the people of Kozo to fall into greater panic. The Dutu Gang, the main remaining force in Falun, took advantage of the situation and carried out precision air strikes, igniting the last fuse between them and Kozo. Kozo became riddled with holes, so everyone was extremely eager to survive. Only then did they discover an existence that was far more terrifying than the source of infection and Falun - the human heart.
