The prefects of Gryffindor this year are Albus and Hedney.
One is a poor wizard whose father has just gone to Azkaban to live in prison, and the other is an all-powerful witch whose father has just been promoted to Minister of Magic.
Albus had a laundry list of charges, but Hedney had a flawless resume.
Albus used an owl to send a message to Hedney: You don't have to love me, I don't deserve it.
After Hedney received the letter, she climbed up to the tallest tower of Gryffindor, her hair flying, and shouted at Albus: "Everyone has the right to be loved, and so do you!"
Albus would never forget that day, she shone like a beam of light.
