I believe and am convinced that the reason why these three seemingly inseparable people can come together is not the so-called fate and necessity, but the original intention that has never been lost. She is, he is, and so is he.
The three of them all have something to pursue in the end. From the beginning of their journey, the clear bright red goal turned into an arrow and rushed forward, breaking through all confusion and suffering, and finally pointed to the ending they wanted, or deserved.
Do they feel regret? It's not important. The original intention itself is valuable. There are countless adventurers who have lost their way on the journey. They turned their nascent beliefs into eternity with their bonds and blood during the journey, and kept moving forward without shrinking. In my opinion, that is the most satisfactory ending for them. Regret, what's the use? It can't be undone, which is a regret in itself.
The journey will never end. I think of the three heroes from ancient times - although they are almost forgotten by the world now, I still remember - they made an agreement during the last battle that if they could meet again, they hoped to take off their armor and robes, sit together and have a good meal, talk irresponsible words, and talk about their legendary lives. From a certain perspective, they are very similar. They appeared when they were needed and separated after completing their missions. It's just that this time there are more memories of the road they walked together and the touch of seeing each other again at the end.
No one knows what the next story will be. It is their own choice, but in this story, they will no longer be forgotten.
