330 Is a place name. That is my hometown, a place where the blood and sweat of our older generation has been spent all our lives, and where our chaotic and helpless youth is engraved. It is a place worth remembering in the history of New China. There is the Gezhouba Dam, the first large-scale hydropower station on the Yangtze River. Not far away is the Three Gorges Dam that our fathers continued to build. This is something we can be proud of.
Many young people of our generation are following in the footsteps of their fathers and once again embarking on the arduous road of hydropower builders, leaving Hubei and heading towards the country and even the world.
We, who are 330 years old, have been living a life of being left behind when our parents are not around all year round. However, due to the pride and unusual insights created by our environment, we have become a youth that is somewhat chaotic and ignorant but also enterprising. We are not ordinary, our youth has a different color, some avant-garde, and some jerky.
Here, I would like to use this book to commemorate our youth that we can never go back to. I will try my best to recall those stories and record them. Those bits and pieces of stories that are engraved in my heart belong only to us. Although some of the past may be a bit sad, those stories are memories of youth that will not make us regret.
Purpose: This article records the arduous journey of a group of contemporary sons and daughters of hydropower builders, who are constantly losing themselves in the chaos of immature thoughts and constantly searching for the warmth and love they desire in their hearts, in the absence of complete family care from their parents. From the love of a group of ignorant children at an early age, they finally find their own way of growth as adults.
