Returning to heaven, Jiong also transformed into shape. Xuan Qi was punished for stealing pills. Jiong is also determined to repay his kindness and encounters Zhihua who is sent to the world for training. Zhihua discovered that the benefactor Jiong Yi was looking for was Xuan Qi, and was silent in his heart, so he decided to secretly interfere. After going through three tribulations, Xuan Qi left behind to find me, so Jiong Yi tried his best to go to Taiqing Palace, meet the Immortal Qingxin, and join his disciples. Xuan Qi, who has forgotten his mortal experience, overhears the conversation between Zhihua and Jong Yi, and the two recognize each other. Xuan Qi helps Jiong to become an immortal as soon as possible and secretly cultivates. When Tianzun found out, he was furious and locked Xuan Qi into the Wangqing River, and expelled Jiong Yi from the heaven. Zhihua couldn't bear Xuan Qi's suffering, so he asked Jiong to go to Wangqing River and stab Xuan Qi with the peach wood sword, which made Xuan Qi extremely sad. Jiong also decided to rescue Xuan Qi. Zhihua goes to stop him, and during the fight he kills Jiong. Xuan Qi became possessed of demonic nature, killed the heavenly soldiers, and fled to the lower world with Jiong Yi. The Demon King sensed Xuan Qi's demonic nature and found their hiding place. Xuan Qi decided to use his spiritual consciousness to swallow the remaining soul of the Demon Emperor. Zhihua came to stop him, the Book of Heaven appeared, and Xuan Qi was stunned on the spot. Jiong also stabbed Xuan Qi with the peach wood sword, and the remaining soul on the spirit bead came out, leaving Xuan Qi unconscious. Jiong also forced the soul out and melted into Xuan Qi's body. Xuan Qi woke up, completely forgetting all this, and began to complete the mission.
