In a metropolitan city, Mo Han, a noble boy from the upper class, and Bai Jia, a poor student, attend high-class dance parties. The red wine swaying in the goblet makes the lover's eyes drunk.
In the ancient town, Mo Han took his girlfriend whom he met in college back to his isolated old home, and he and Qing rode horses, shot arrows and admired the flowers. Bai Jia seemed to be having a daydream.
But Bai Jia danced a ballet in the flower hall, and was suspected of being an actor by the rigid Mo family. She also met the crazy Mo Sangu who committed suicide by hanging from a beam in the Mo family's old house. In the end, Bai Jia disappeared, and Mo Han found Bai Jia's shoes by the deep stream.
Many years later, Mo Han met Bai Qiao, who looked exactly like Bai Jia, but the Bai Qiao in front of him was a wealthy lady from the upper class. Mo Han couldn't help but be suspicious. His lover was right in front of him. Is she Bai Qiao or Bai Jia?
The story begins when Bai Jia was a child, and gets to the main point after two or three chapters. No wonder, no wonder.
