Just like the title of the book, this is just a process of bipolar disorder patients adapting to the edge of social and self-emotion regulation. It does not provide effective resolution methods because I am still trying to get along with it.
Let me make it clear that I have no intention of consuming bipolar disorder. On the contrary, I have been consuming it for this little guy in the past few years, from discovery to treatment for five years, from having a decent job to becoming a homeless person with nothing.
It's just that my sister asked me to write it down, and I think so. After all, I'm a stupid person, so I'll just write it down.
But I also want to tell those who are still troubled by this disease that you are not alone in your despair and temporary failure.
