No one knew that Bruce died three times. For the first time, he cried so hard that his parents died. The second time, he felt confused after killing Lei Xiao Aogu with his own hands. She persuaded him to give up on finding his parents' killer. He thought she was an unreasonable girl. The second time Bruce saw Fanny was in a rainy alley. She knelt on the ground and wiped the turbid fluid from her mouth, begging him to pay her two hundred dollars for one night. He thought she was a poor girl. The third time Bruce saw Fanny was in court. She was imprisoned for kidnapping. He thought she was a crazy girl. … The last time Bruce saw Fanny was at her bedside. He thought they would be happy. In hindsight, that night was her last goodbye.
