No protagonist
It's just a teahouse, where people drink tea and tell stories. The owner is blind, but he makes good tea. No one knows where the boss comes from, or how long he will stay here. They only know that the boss seems to be waiting for someone. Someone asked how long he had been waiting, and the boss said he forgot. Who is he waiting for? The boss talked about an old friend.
No one knows who the old friend is. They only know that the boss has a good story that can be exchanged for a cup of good tea.
