In 7948 AD, the sun disappeared and the world fell into endless darkness. The earth was covered with ice and snow overnight. The earth where humans can survive begins to become strange.
Resources began to deplete, and countless people crawled out of the darkness. Human beings were seeking food from monsters. Death, hunger, fear, and despair enveloped human beings, and they struggled in despair. After escaping from the monster hunt, human beings began to eat their own kind in order to survive. In the boundless darkness and despair, human beings received the inspiration from the gods and began to travel eastward to find the sun. They believed that if they found the sun, the world would return to its former appearance, and they would not have to flee. Human beings began their eastward journey with hope, but what awaited them was deeper despair.
No one knows how long this eastward journey will take or when they will find the sun. Countless people died on this eastbound road. There are many corpses under the snow.
