Snooker's post-travel setting is a semi-alien race, similar in nature to Kryptonians but of the legal system, so he is a squishy guy with high group attack and high single-target attack. His parents died and he was picked up by Bruce in a Batman vest. The story begins in the timeline not long after Ertun arrived home.
Just watch the chaos of the timeline for fun, it is set in this time period before JL has been established.
